Distance Selling Regulations

• Identity: The supplier of any goods purchased pursuant to the Terms and Conditions is "Stonebroom Limited".
• Description of Goods: The goods sold pursuant to these Regulations comprise items selected from those available on this Web site.
• Price: The price of goods purchased via this Website, by post, by telephone or by fax shall be the price advertised in the price list on this Web site at the time of purchase together with Value Added Tax and any other relevant tax thereon at prevailing rates at that time. Specific other product quantities, volume or combinations can be pre-arranged, and the price of the goods in this case will be agreed prior to acceptance of the order.
• Delivery Costs: Goods are delivered by email or by download via FTP only, with no charge being made for delivery. Specific other arrangements can be made for delivery in other formats, whereupon the delivery charge will be agreed prior to acceptance of the order.
• Payment: Payment for any goods purchased pursuant to these terms must be made at the time of placing the order and prior to delivery, unless a pre-approved official company order has been accepted by us.
• Cancellation: In accordance with the Regulations and in certain circumstances you have a right of cancellation within seven days of purchase.

Terms and Conditions

• 1. Payment and Delivery
  1.1 Payment must be made in full for all goods before delivery, unless prior agreement is made and an official company order is provided and accepted.
  1.2 The customer must provide appropriate email facilities for the receipt of the product, or arrange FTP access to download the product from our servers.
• 2. Product Specifications
  2.1 Stonebroom Limited has a policy of continuous product development and reserves the right to amend the specification of products. Goods supplied may differ as a consequence from those previously supplied or displayed. Any significant variations will be highlighted in the product features and product support area of this Web site.
  2.2 Stonebroom Limited will not accept liability for extra costs incurred as a result of the customer choosing, installing or using an inappropriate product or version.
• 3. Guarantee
  3.1 In addition to your statuory rights, we guarantee all products against faulty design for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The definition of a fault is the product failing to excute as advertised on the software and hardware platforms for which it was designed, and within the parameters that were designed into the product. The tests to establish this will take place at the premises of Stonebroom Limited.
  3.2 This guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear; neglect; abuse or misuse of the product; loss or damage due to computer failure, fire, smoke, lightning, sunlight, weather, rusting, corrosion, theft, or explosion; accidental damage or consequential loss.
  3.3 Product ownership and Guarantees may not be transferred to any other person.
• 4. Claims
  4.1 In the event of a claim occurring within 12 months of the date of delivery, please contact us using the contact details displayed on this Web site.
  4.2 We will arrange to examine the product, and attempt to rectify any fault. We will replace free of charge or refund the cost of a defective item. Should the item no longer be available, a replacement that is similar will be provided if available.
  4.3 Should the product prove unsuitable for any reason, we will refund the cost of the product if a claim is made within 30 days. This only applies to products bought directly from Stonebroom Limited. For sales via a distributor, that distributor's own terms and conditions of sale will apply.
• 5. Ownership Rights and Limitations
  5.1 You are entitled to use only one copy of this software at any one time, though you may install it on more than one computer. You must obtain a multi-user or multi-server license if you wish to use it on more than one computer concurrently.
  5.2 Copying of the program files is limited to making a backup for your own use only. You are not entitled to otherwise copy, modify, or distribute any of the files supplied.
  5.3 Stonebroom Limited, the author, and their distributors accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of the product or the associated files.
• 6. Applicable Law
  6.1 The law governing the location of the store or distributor where the purchase was made shall apply to this agreement with the exception that all sales made directly with Stonebroom Limited via the Internet, post, telephone or facsimile will be governed by the laws of England.
