Make sure you select Save As in your browser, and save the file to a temporary folder on your hard disk.

Self Extracting Zip Utility for use with PKZIP® ZIP2EXE (254 kB)
For programs that are supplied as self-extracting files (with the .exe file extension):
- Open the temporary folder in My Computer or Explorer. This should not be the one where you ultimately want the program to be installed.
- In this folder, find the file that you downloaded and double-click on it. A window opens showing the contents.
- Make sure the Extract-to Path is set to this same temporary folder, if not click the Browse button and select it.
- Click the Select All button, then click Extract items from ZIP to extract all the files.
- Now double-click on the file Setup.exe and follow the instructions on screen.
- Once installation is complete you can safely delete all the files in the temporary folder.
For programs that are supplied as zip files (with the .zip file extension):
- Unzip the file using your zip file manager, usually by double-clicking on the downloaded file in My Computer or Explorer. Place the unzipped files in a temporary folder. This should not be the one where you ultimately want the program to be installed.
- In this temporary folder, double-click on the file Setup.exe and follow the instructions on screen.
- Once installation is complete you can safely delete all the files in the temporary folder.
