ZipBack Pro
uses Options Sets to allow you to create individual back-up, archiving, or email scripts.
These can easily be created with the built-in Wizard, which adds them to your Start menu automatially.
Then, you just need to click on the one you want to use. |
This starts up ZipBack Pro, loads the appropriate option set,
and begins the compression process. You don't need to do anything but make the coffee.

Once the compression is complete, and because the Insert in New Mail
Message option was specified when the set was created, a dialog opens where you select
one of your custom email message templates. Then just click OK, and ZipBack
closes down automatically. |
After a few seconds, an Exchange or Outlook message dialog appears.
In it is the custom title and text you selected, and the zip file is attached at the end of
the message body. Here, we've chosen the Default message text.Now, you just need to select
the recipient from your Address book, and click Send. |
